We strive for uptime and reliability but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary disruptions.

2.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, cooperation, and necessary resources to facilitate delivery of services. Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all data unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.


3. SMS Communications

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS
